Upcoming Events!

Sept 7th – Let’s Talk Relationships

Bring your partners or come alone, this ADHD support group meeting is going to explore what it’s like for those in relationships with ADHD/ADDers -  what they like about it, what they hate having to go through, and how they cope/stay sane. But don’t worry, we’re also going to look at these same relationships from the ADDer’s perspective. ADD can make relationships tougher (forgetting important dates or tasks, millions of new projects popping up that we switch gears from very quickly, getting distracted in the bedroom…) than they already are, but lucky for us, there’s lots written on the topic to help us sort it out and make relationships a bit more fun for everyone involved.

For more information, call 519.830.1423

* Meetings are always free of charge
** No diagnosis necessary
*** Meetings run every Wednesday from 6-8pm at 147 Wyndham St. N, Unit 207, Guelph, ON

Comments

  1. My fiance and his son both have ADHD. I am experiencing some basic challenges living with them. This is causing me stress that has resulted in physical symptoms, chest pain etc. I need a place where options can be explored in dealing with these challenges. People that understand and can relate to these challenges. Support and useful solutions to help those I love live a more balanced and productive life. My fiance needs to come to acceptance and realization of the affects of his condition and his son’s condition and how their behaviors affect those arround them. They need to be provided with supports to help them function successfully in personal relationships and become productive and happy people.
